Amending O. Reg. 363/16

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 19 (1) of Ontario Regulation 363/16 is amended by striking out “8 per cent” and substituting “23.5 per cent”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
