Amending O. Reg. 398/93

(DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES)

1. (1) Paragraph 6.1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 398/93 is revoked and the following substituted:

6.1  Amethyst Centre Ottawa / Centre Amethyst d’Ottawa in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

(2) Paragraph 12 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Paragraph 14 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

14.  Association pour l’intégration sociale d’Ottawa in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

(4) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

26.  Centre d’Accueil Champlain in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Long-Term Care.

(5) Paragraph 57 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

(6) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

59.1  Centre pour femmes Ellevive in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

85.  Community Living Glengarry Inc. / Intégration Communautaire Glengarry Inc. in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

(7) Paragraphs 119, 127 and 138 of section 1 of the Regulation are revoked.

(8) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

148.1  Meals on Wheels / La Popote Roulante Ottawa in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

(9) Paragraph 155 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

(10) Paragraph 160 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

160.  Ottawa-Carleton Association for Persons with Developmental Disabilities but only in respect of the community participation services and support, employment supports, supported independent living and supported group living settings carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

(11) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

167.  Pembroke Regional Hospital in respect of the diagnostic imaging department, x-ray division program carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

177.1  Reflexion - Wellness Services Inc. / Reflexion - Services De Mieux-Être Inc. in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health.

(12) Paragraph 178.1 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

178.1  Réseau-femmes du Sud-Ouest de l’Ontario in respect of the programs carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.

(13) Paragraph 203 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
