Amending O. Reg. 544/06

(PLANS OF SUBDIVISION)

1. Ontario Regulation 544/06 is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed profession (s. 51 (19.0.1) of the Act)

3. For the purposes of subsection 51 (19.0.1) of the Act, professional engineering is a prescribed profession.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
