Amending O. Reg. 545/06

(ZONING BY-LAWS, HOLDING BY-LAWS AND INTERIM CONTROL BY-LAWS)

1. Ontario Regulation 545/06 is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed profession (s. 34 (10.3.1) of the Act)

2.1 For the purposes of subsection 34 (10.3.1) of the Act, professional engineering is a prescribed profession.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
