Amending O. Reg. 543/06

(OFFICIAL PLANS AND PLAN AMENDMENTS)

1. Ontario Regulation 543/06 is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed profession (s. 22 (6.0.1) of the Act)

10.1 For the purposes of subsection 22 (6.0.1) of the Act, professional engineering is a prescribed profession.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
