Site Plan Control

Prescribed profession (s. 41 (3.5.1) of the Act)

1. For the purposes of subsection 41 (3.5.1) of the Act, professional engineering is a prescribed profession.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
