Amending O. Reg. 664/98

(FISH LICENSING)

1. Subsection 31.1 (2.2) of Ontario Regulation 664/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2.2) The Memorandum of Understanding between The Nipissing First Nation and His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources, dated March 11, 2026, shall be deemed to be a commercial fishing licence.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 11, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
