Amending O. Reg. 93/18

(RECOVERY OF LOSSES AND COSTS DUE TO FOREST FIRES)

1. The title of Ontario Regulation 93/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

RECOVERY OF LOSSES AND COSTS DUE TO wildland FIRES

2. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “persons hired” and substituting “persons employed or summoned”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
