Commencement

7. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 4 and 6 come into force on the later of April 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 5 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 36 of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management and Safety Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
