Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Items 80 to 82 of Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

Fail to comply with requirement of Registrar of Motor Vehicles

subsection 18 (2)

 

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

Ontario Regulation 424/97 under the Highway Traffic Act

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 5 of Schedule 8 to the Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
