Amending Reg. 735 of R.R.O. 1990

(ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL ROADS AREAS - NORTHWESTERN REGION)

1. Schedule 12 to Regulation 735 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 12
LYON LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Lyon in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-741-3, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 17, 2026.

2. Schedule 16 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 16
STIRLING LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Stirling in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-460-6, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 17, 2026.

3. Schedule 62 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 62
VAN HORNE LOCAL ROADS AREA

All that portion of the township of Van Horne in the Territorial District of Kenora, shown outlined on Ministry of Transportation Plan N-487-10, filed with the Record Services Unit of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on March 17, 2026.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
