Amending O. Reg. 525/97

(EXEMPTION FROM APPROVAL (OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENTS))

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 525/97 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) The exemption under subsection 1 (1) is removed in respect of the proposed amendment to the Official Plan of the Town of Caledon that has the file number POPA 2026-0006.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
