Amending Reg. 826 of R.R.O. 1990

(DESIGNATION OF AREA OF DEVELOPMENT CONTROL)

1. (1) Subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 826 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3.  The area of land shown as Part 1 on the plan entitled “Plan of the Boundary of the 2026 Area of Development Control Addition” filed on May 22, 2026 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraphs 1 and 2” and substituting “paragraphs 1 to 3”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
