Amending O. Reg. 257/10

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 6 of subsection 11 (1) of Ontario Regulation 257/10 is revoked.

2. Paragraph 3 of subsection 14 (6) of the Regulation is revoked.

3. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of subsection 14.1 (3) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “and spirits cooler” wherever it appears.

(2) Paragraph 3 of subsection 14.1 (3) of the Regulation is revoked.

4. Paragraph 3 of subsection 15 (5) of the Regulation is amended by adding “and” at the end of subparagraph i, by striking out “and” at the end of subparagraph ii and by striking out subparagraph iii.

5. Paragraph 3 of subsection 18 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “and” at the end of subparagraph iii, by striking out “and” at the end of subparagraph iv and by striking out subparagraph v.

6. Section 19 of the Regulation is revoked.

7. (1) Section 19.0.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or spirits cooler” wherever it appears.

(2) Paragraph 3 of subsection 19.0.1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “and” at the end of subparagraph ii, by striking out “and” at the end of subparagraph iii and by striking out subparagraph iv.

8. Section 19.0.2 of the Regulation is revoked.

9. Paragraphs 2 and 5 of section 19.1 of the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

10. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
