Amending O. Reg. 353/02

(APPROVAL AUTHORITY — PLANS OF SUBDIVISION)

1. Schedule 3 to Ontario Regulation 353/02 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

12.1.1 Town of Kearney.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of August 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
