Amending Reg. 604 of R.R.O. 1990

(PARKING)

1. Schedule 5 to Appendix A to Regulation 604 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

8.  On the east side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the City of Hamilton beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Concession 7 East and extending 1788 metres measured southerly to a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Concession 6 East.

9.  On the west side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the City of Hamilton beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Concession 7 East and extending 304 metres measured southerly to a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Concession 6 West.

10.  On the west side of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the City of Hamilton beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Concession 6 West and extending 1484 metres measured southerly to a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Millgrove Side Road.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
