The Government of Ontario is organizing an Aerospace, Defence, and Aviation Mission to AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026 in New Delhi, India. Ontario participants will benefit from dedicated exhibitor space within the Ontario Pavilion at AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026 (September 10-12), an international platform that brings together leading aerospace, defence, and aviation companies and organizations from India and around the world. For the first time, AEDEX and Airport Expo will be co-located, creating a unified forum to showcase advanced technologies/products, foster strategic partnerships, and support business growth across the sector.

The event reflects India’s strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable aviation development, while facilitating engagement between global and Indian stakeholders. AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026 is expected to feature more than 300 exhibitors from over 10 countries, alongside 600+ delegates and upwards of 12,000 trade visitors.

Ontario companies will have the opportunity to engage directly with major Indian manufacturers, industry leaders, and key decision-makers. The mission also includes a targeted business outreach program beforehand (September 8-9) in an additional Indian city, further supporting market access and partnership development.

The mission package will include: 

• 1:1 export advice and consultation

• Pre-mission session offering sector/market updates and logistical information related to the mission

• Exhibiting and B2B meeting space in the Ontario booth at AEDEX + Airport Expo in New Delhi

• Customized outreach program in an additional Indian city

The mission registration fee is TBC. In addition, participating Ontario companies must cover the cost of their flights, accommodation, some local transportation and meals. Air Canada discount codes may be provided.
