The Government of Ontario is organizing an Ontario Cleantech and Energy Mission to India Energy Week (IEW) 2027 in Kolkata, India.
India's rapid economic growth, urbanization, rising energy demand, and ongoing investments in energy infrastructure are creating significant opportunities for Ontario companies specializing in clean energy, smart grid technologies, transmission and distribution, energy storage, and related solutions.
India Energy Week 2027 is one of the world's premier energy events, highlighting India's energy transition and commitment to sustainable, low-carbon economic growth. The event is expected to attract more than 75,000 energy professionals, 700+ exhibitors, 6,500 conference delegates, and 550 speakers from around the globe. It offers unparalleled access to decision-makers and industry leaders across the energy value chain, including renewable energy, hydrogen, biofuels, energy storage, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and grid modernization.
As part of the mission, Ontario companies will showcase their capabilities within the Ontario Pavilion and participate in curated business-to-business (B2B) meetings with prospective customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
