Join the Ontario Clean Energy Export Business Mission to FOREDE 2025 in Atacama, Chile!
In collaboration with the Trade Commissioner Service in Chile, this mission offers Ontario cleantech companies the opportunity to tap into Atacama's dynamic mining and renewable energy sector. Chile's goal of achieving 70% renewable energy by 2030 presents a prime market for technologies in solar, wind, energy storage, and sustainable water management.
FOREDE (Foro Regional de Desarrollo- Regional Development Forum) is a leading platform in the Atacama region that promotes sustainable development and economic growth by connecting key industry players. The 2024 edition brought together exhibiting companies, authorities, businesspeople, trade attachés and industry representatives. Experts and entrepreneurs participated in an intense schedule of activities, including seminars, business meetings, attracting 15,200 visitors.
This mission will connect Ontario companies with Chilean firms, industry leaders, and stakeholders like Export Development Canada (EDC) and the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), helping them expand in a market with over $10 billion USD projected in sustainable infrastructure investments.
Delivered in partnership with the Trade Commissioner Service in Chile, the program will include:
