The Government of Ontario is leading a tech trade mission comprised of 16 to 20 companies to attend and exhibit at CES 2026. CES (www.ces.tech) is the world’s largest trade show for the business of consumer technologies and next-generation innovations. CES attracts over 140,000 attendees and more than 4,000 exhibiting companies from 150 countries. The official Ontario program would start on the morning of Tuesday, January 6, 2026, ending on the afternoon of Friday, January 9, 2026.
Participation benefits will include turnkey exhibit space in the 20'x50' Ontario pavilion at the Venetian Expo Hall (#50755) with storage, wired internet (not Wi-Fi), electricity for 2 devices, ten (10) exhibitor passes, 1,000 invitation codes for their clients, full online presence at CES website, access to CES app to request meetings with other attendees, participation in a B2B program, a market briefing, and one on one export advice and consultation. Federal funding (CAN EXPORT) may be available to qualified companies.
Cost: CAD $3,600 per company (subject to confirmation from both Ontario and CES). There may be an OPTIONAL additional fee of $200 to cover some hospitality. Interested companies must demonstrate that they are based in Ontario with an exportable product or service, have 3 or more full time employees in the Province, $100,000 or more in declared revenue for the past fiscal year, and must have been in business for at least two (2) full years. Apply ONLY 1 time and 1 person per company. Actual event attendees will be added at a later date.
