The Government of Ontario, in collaboration with the Canadian Consulate General in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is organizing a Water and CleanTech Export Business Mission to WETEX 2025 (Dubai) UAE.
WETEX is the largest water, energy, technology, and environment exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Organized by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), WETEX attracted 2,100 exhibitors from 46 countries and 35,000 visitors in 2023.
This mission will provide a good showcase of Ontario water technology solutions and a chance to build business partnerships within the GCC region, with the intention of unlocking new export markets in the Middle East or increasing export volumes for Ontario water and waste water companies. This program will also cement Ontario’s position as a water infrastructure and water-tech leader in the MENA region.
The mission program will include:
- Sector Briefing Session
- 1:1 export advice and consultation
- Turn-key exhibit space within the Ontario/Canada pavilion with interpretation support
- Curated B2B matchmaking program with interpretation support in UAE
- Company listing (as an exhibitor) on the event website
- Company listing in the Ontario SourceFromOntario website- Curated B2B matchmaking program with interpretation support in KSA
- Marketing support including a listing in the company directory
- In-market follow-up and support
