On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Combating Human Trafficking Act, 2021

 

1.  January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Combating Human Trafficking Act, 2021, c. 21, being the Accommodation Sector Registration of Guests Act, 2021, come into force:

 

Schedule 1, s. 1-8.

 

2.  January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Combating Human Trafficking Act, 2021, c. 21, which amends the Accommodation Sector Registration of Guests Act, 2021, comes into force:

 

Schedule 1, s. 9.

 

3.  January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Combating Human Trafficking Act, 2021, c. 21, which repeals the Hotel Registration of Guests Act, comes into force:

 

Schedule 1, s. 10.
