On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024

 

1.  May 12, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024, c. 20, being the iGaming Ontario Act, 2024, come into force:

 

Schedule 9, s. 1-26.

 

2.  May 12, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024, c. 20, which revokes Ontario Regulation 722/21, comes into force:

 

Schedule 9, s. 28.

 

3.  May 12, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024, c. 20, which amends the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019, comes into force:

4.  May 12, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024, c. 20, which amends the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018, comes into force:

5.  May 12, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Building Ontario For You Act (Budget Measures), 2024, c. 20, which amends the Gaming Control Act, 1992, comes into force:
