On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024

 

June 6, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28, which amends the Justices of the Peace Act, comes into force:

Correction

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Attorney General.

This error was corrected on June 10, 2026.
