On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Less Red Tape, More Common Sense Act, 2023

 

July 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Less Red Tape, More Common Sense Act, 2023, c. 20, which amend the Modernizing Ontario for People and Businesses Act, 2020, come into force:

Correction

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Minister of Red Tape Reduction.

This error was corrected on June 10, 2026.
