On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Working for Workers Six Act, 2024

 

July 1, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Working for Workers Six Act, 2024, c. 41, which amend the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, come into force:

 

Schedule 6, s. 1-4.

Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.

 

Correction

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.

This error was corrected on June 10, 2026.
