On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Access to Consumer Credit Reports and Elevator Availability Act, 2018

 

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Access to Consumer Credit Reports and Elevator Availability Act, 2018, c. 7, which amend the Consumer Reporting Act, come into force:

 

s. 2, 5, 6, 7, 8 (1), 9, 10, 11.

Correction

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
