Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021

 

1.  January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021, c. 40, which amend the French Language Services Act, come into force:

 

Schedule 13, s. 6 (1), 7 (3), 14, 16.

 

2.  January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021, c. 40, which amends the Housing Services Act, 2011, comes into force:

 

Schedule 13, s. 17.
