On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Resource Management and Safety Act, 2025

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Resource Management and Safety Act, 2025, c. 17, which amend the Wildland Fire Management Act, come into force:

Schedule 1, s. 4 (4), 36, 38.
