On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28,which amends the Agricultural Research and Innovation Ontario Act, comes into force:

 

Schedule 27, s. 1.

 

2. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28, which amends the Building Ontario Fund Act, 2024, comes into force:

3. April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Cutting Red Tape, Building Ontario Act, 2024, c. 28, which amends the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, comes into force:
