On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Protect Ontario by Cutting Red Tape Act, 2025

 

1.  April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Protect Ontario by Cutting Red Tape Act, 2025, c. 24, which amends the iGaming Ontario Act, 2024, comes into force:

 

Schedule 13, s. 1.

 

2.  April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Protect Ontario by Cutting Red Tape Act, 2025, c. 24, which amends the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Act, 2019, comes into force:
