On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025

 

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025, c. 14, which amend the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, come into force:

 

Schedule 12, s. 1, 11, 13.

This Order in Council, as previously published on e-Laws, contained the following publication error:

The Order in Council was shown as having been recommended by the Solicitor General. In fact, the Order in Council was recommended by the Attorney General.

This error was corrected on June 10, 2026.
