On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Helping Homebuyers, Protecting Tenants Act, 2023
1. July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Helping Homebuyers, Protecting Tenants Act, 2023, c. 10, which amend the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, come into force:
Schedule 7, s. 1, 6, 8-10.
2. September 21, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Helping Homebuyers, Protecting Tenants Act, 2023, c. 10, which amend the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, come into force:
Schedule 7, s. 3, 5.
