On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025

September 21, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025, c. 14, which amend the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, come into force:

Schedule 12, s. 2, 4, 14.
