On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025

June 19, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Fighting Delays, Building Faster Act, 2025, c. 14, being the Water and Wastewater Public Corporations Act, 2025, come into force:

Schedule 16, s. 1-21.
