On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026

June 19, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Building Homes and Improving Transportation Infrastructure Act, 2026, c. 8, which amend the Water and Wastewater Public Corporations Act, 2025, come into force:

Schedule 9, s. 1-6.
