On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021

July 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021, c. 26, being the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021, comes into force:
