relating to the

COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

 

COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020

 

1.  January 1, 2027 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020, c. 18, which amend the Environmental Assessment Act, come into force:

 

Schedule 6, s. 30, 36 (5), 41, 43.

 

2.  January 1, 2027 is named as the day on which the following provision of the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020, c. 18, which amends the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, comes into force:

 

Schedule 6, s. 46 (5).

 

3.  January 1, 2027 is named as the day on which the following provision of the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020, c. 18,which amends the Housing Services Act, 2011, comes into force:

 

Schedule 6, s. 56.
