On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Putting Student Achievement First Act, 2026

August 31, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Putting Student Achievement First Act, 2026, c. 4, which amend the Education Act, come into force:
