PAYMENTS INTO THE CONSOLIDATED REVENUE FUND

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The Corporation shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund 20 per cent of the revenue that it receives each week from the operation of casinos under the Act, after paying winnings to players. O. Reg. 199/00, s. 1.

Note: On the day subsection 11 (4) of Schedule 34 to the Better Tomorrow for Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2011 comes into force, section 1 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The Corporation shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund 20 per cent of the revenue that it receives each week from the operation of the following gaming sites under the Act, after paying prizes and winnings to players:

1. Caesars Windsor.

2. Casino Niagara.

3. Casino Rama.

4. Fallsview Casino Resort.

5. Great Blue Heron Slot Facility. O. Reg. 86/12, s. 1.

2. The Corporation shall make the payment required by section 1 each week, based on its revenue for the preceding week. O. Reg. 199/00, s. 2.
