1. The Mining and Lands Commissioner is assigned the powers and duties of the Minister of Natural Resources for the purpose of hearing and determining appeals under subsection 28 (15) of the Conservation Authorities Act. O. Reg. 571/00, s. 1.
Note: On the day section 3 of Schedule 17 to the Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2017 comes into force, section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Commissioner” and substituting “Tribunal”. (See: O. Reg. 469/17, s. 1)
