1. The Mining and Lands Tribunal is assigned the powers and duties of the Minister of Natural Resources for the purpose of hearing and determining appeals under subsection 28 (15) of the Conservation Authorities Act.  O. Reg. 571/00, s. 1; O. Reg. 469/17, s. 1.
