FORMS — SECTION 103 OF THE ACT

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) A certificate under subsection 103 (2) of the Act shall be in the form approved by the Minister under clause 23.1 (1) (a) of the Interpretation Act. O. Reg. 25/01, s. 1 (1).
(2) A certificate under subsection 103 (5) of the Act shall be in the form approved by the Minister under clause 23.1 (1) (a) of the Interpretation Act. O. Reg. 25/01, s. 1 (2).
