This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The delegation of the Minister’s authority to give approval under section 51 of the Act to the Pine Ridge Municipal Planning Agency under Ontario Regulation 25/98 is withdrawn with respect to,
(a) applications to approve a plan of subdivision whose file numbers are set out in the Schedule; and
(b) all applications under section 51 of the Act to approve a plan of subdivision and section 50 of the Condominium Act to approve or exempt a condominium description made on or after February 19, 2001 with respect to land in the former Township of Hope. O. Reg. 43/01, s. 1.
