TAX MATTERS — TIME LIMITS FOR 2001 UNDER SECTIONS 363, 364, 366 AND 442.2 OF THE ACT

This Regulation is made in English only.
Application
1. This Regulation applies with respect to time limits under sections 363, 364, 366 and 442.2 of the Act for 2001. O. Reg. 108/01, s. 1.
Time limits
2. The time limits under subsections 363 (3) and (4), 366 (2) and (3) and 442.2 (1) of the Act are extended to May 31, 2001. O. Reg. 108/01, s. 2.
Time limits
3. The following time limits under section 364 of the Act are extended as follows with respect to the regional municipalities of Peel and York:
1. Under subsections 364 (1), (3) and (5), to May 31, 2001.
2. Under subsection 364 (4), to July 1, 2001.
3. Under subsection 364 (7), to July 31, 2001. O. Reg. 108/01, s. 3.
