Ginseng

1. Except for wildly-grown ginseng, known as wild ginseng, the root of the herbaceous perennial known as ginseng, being a natural product of agriculture, is designated as a farm product.  O. Reg. 207/01, s. 1.

Floriculture plants

2. Floriculture plants and plant material, including propagative material, being natural products of agriculture, are designated as farm products.  O. Reg. 460/07, s. 1.

Turfgrass sod

3. A ground cover consisting of dense growth of plant materials with attached root mass, including any of the grass plants of the botanical family Poaceae, that is cultivated and harvested for transplanting, is designated as a farm product. O. Reg. 448/24, s. 1.
