Composition of health unit
1. (1) The council of the City of Greater Sudbury may appoint, as its representatives, a maximum of seven members to the Sudbury and District Health Unit. O. Reg. 462/01, s. 1 (1).
(2) At least one of the seven must be a member of the council and at least one of the seven must be a person other than a member of council. O. Reg. 462/01, s. 1 (2).
(3) This section applies despite subsection 7 (2) of the City of Greater Sudbury Act, 1999. O. Reg. 462/01, s. 1 (3).
