SUBSECTION 7 (2) OF THE ACT — MEANING OF EMPLOYEE

Meaning of employee
1. For the purposes of subsection 7 (2) of the Act,
“employee” means an employee who is a permanent and full-time employee of the Corporation. O. Reg. 15/02, s. 1.
