TAX MATTERS — TIME LIMITS FOR 2002 UNDER SECTIONS 363, 364 AND 366 OF THE ACT

Note: This Regulation became spent some time before January 1, 2004.

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. This Regulation applies with respect to time limits under sections 363, 364 and 366 of the Act for 2002. O. Reg. 139/02, s. 1.

2. The time limits under subsections 363 (3) and (4) and 366 (2) and (3) of the Act are extended to May 31, 2002. O. Reg. 139/02, s. 2.

3. The following time limits under section 364 of the Act are extended as follows with respect to The Regional Municipality of Peel:

1. Under subsections 364 (1), (3) and (5), to May 31, 2002.

2. Under subsection 364 (4), to July 1, 2002.

3. Under subsection 364 (7), to July 31, 2002. O. Reg. 139/02, s. 3.
