Deemed zoning by-law
1. (1) Ontario Regulation 580/86, as it read immediately before its revocation under section 4 shall be deemed to be and to have always been a zoning by-law of the Municipality of Temagami under section 34 of the Act. O. Reg. 211/02, s. 1 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 01-541 of the Municipality of Temagami unless changed by the municipality. O. Reg. 211/02, s. 1 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law
2. (1) Ontario Regulation 811/81, as it read immediately before its revocation under section 4 shall be deemed to be and to have always been a zoning by-law of the Municipality of Temagami under section 34 of the Act. O. Reg. 211/02, s. 2 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 01-551 of the Municipality of Temagami unless changed by the municipality. O. Reg. 211/02, s. 2 (2).
Deemed zoning by-law
3. (1) Ontario Regulation 486/71, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to have always been a zoning by-law of the Municipality of Temagami under section 34 of the Act in respect of the following land.
1. In the geographic Township of Joan, District of Nipissing, being Registered Plan M433 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing (No. 36).
2. In the geographic Township of Askin, District of Nipissing, being Registered Plan M434 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing (No. 36). O. Reg. 211/02, s. 3 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 01-561 of the Municipality of Temagami unless changed by the Municipality of Temagami. O. Reg. 211/02, s. 3 (2).
